Why Racquet One

Most students only ever meet one racquet.

School sport tends to funnel students toward a small handful of games. Racquet One opens the door wider — six disciplines under one program, with a shared vocabulary of grip, footwork, timing and teamwork.

Variety keeps students engaged. Different sports suit different bodies, temperaments and confidence levels, so more students find a game they actually enjoy — and stick with movement long after the session ends.

Everything is designed to feel inclusive: mixed abilities on court together, low-pressure entry points, and coaching that rewards effort, curiosity and how students play with each other.

The sports

One program. Many ways to play.

Adaptable to the spaces and age groups your school already has.

Squash

Four walls, fast feet. Reactions, angles and problem-solving in every rally.

Padel

Doubles by design. Easy to start, endlessly social — teamwork built in.

Tennis

The classic. Baseline rallies, gentle competition and lifelong fundamentals.

Badminton

Light, quick, inclusive. A confidence-builder for students of every size.

Table Tennis

Small court, huge focus. Sharpens hand-eye coordination in minutes.

Racquet One Games

Our own mini-games that stitch the sports together — playful, team-based, adaptable to any space.

The exact mix, spaces and equipment are shaped with each school — we don't promise every sport in every room, we promise the right ones for your students.

For schools

Designed for school life.

Three flexible formats that slot into the rhythm of the school day. Final timing, group sizes, equipment, pricing and requirements are confirmed with each school after an initial conversation.

Format 01

Incursion & taster day

A single-day visit that puts every student on court across multiple sports. Ideal for sports weeks, house days and open days.

Format 02

Multi-week skills program

A structured block of sessions across a term — students rotate through disciplines, build technique and finish with a friendly tournament.

Format 03

Before & after-school club

A recurring club for keen students. Consistent coaching, small groups, and a real progression through the racquet family.

Meet the Coach

A squash coach who teaches every racquet.

Racquet One is led by an Egyptian squash coach with more than seven years of coaching experience and over a decade of playing the sport at club and competitive level.

Squash is the home game — but the philosophy travels. The same fundamentals of grip, footwork, timing and reading an opponent run through every racquet sport in the program, which is why sessions move so naturally between them.

Above all, the goal is simple: to make racquet sports feel welcoming, exciting and worth coming back to for young people who might never otherwise pick up a frame.

Why the idea works

Built around what schools actually need.

Inclusive entry points

Six sports means more students find one that clicks — no one is stuck on the sidelines.

Movement and coordination

Racquet sports quietly train balance, agility and hand-eye coordination in every rally.

Adaptable delivery

Sessions flex to the spaces, equipment and cohort each school brings to the table.

A memorable school experience

Students remember the day they tried five sports in one afternoon — and want another.
